Confu - Fish Concept Sushi

It was my first time here with my friends since high school, and we had a great time. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was quick, and everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious, from the first course to dessert. I'll be back. It was a wonderful evening.

Fantastic experience and really excellent high quality sushi. You can taste the difference from an all you est that are all the same now! But if you want to try the real tasting flavor of fresh sushi, and dishes made and presented with a superior level well then I recommend this restaurant!!

Confu immediately strikes you with the beauty of the decor, full of greenery and wooden tables. A warm and welcoming place that immediately puts you at peace with itself. Amazing sushi, excellent quality and variety as well as the hot dishes that are truly exceptional. Excellent quality of wines. Worth mentioning is a delicious aperitif at a truly competitive price. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

An unparalleled experience at the Vietri sul Mare location: an enchanting place, overlooking the sea in the heart of Vietri; impeccable service, friendly, affable, very professional and always ready staff; for the food there are no words that can explain the emotion you feel when tasting the delicacies cooked by the chef, to say that it is of excellent quality for me is an understatement; we relied on the staff and everything was in harmony with inebriating flavors. Compliments for everything, we will return soon.

Sushi with Italian management. Intimate place, few tables but a real gem. Costs adequate for the quality. Highly recommended the tasting of 45 sushi for €50 ideal for a couple. Try the sushi flambé! The lady in the room is available for explanations and advice.

The restaurant is #fusion even in appearance, giving a warm, homey feeling, while also featuring all the hallmarks of a respectable #Orientalrestaurant. But let's get straight to our fantastic meal. What more can I say? We ate many delicious dishes, but above all, truly unusual ones, perfect for sparking your #sushittable curiosity. It goes without saying that the quality of the seafood was nothing short of heavenly, among the best we've tasted so far. Plus, as we mentioned, the Confu staff served us some special delicacies, such as pregnant scampi, Alaskan cod, freshly seared Otoro nigiri, and the unique sea urchin gunkan. Our favorite dishes were the famous Amalfi Roll, with fried shrimp, Trentino cream, cucumber, and salmon tartare topping, Amalfi lemon sauce, lemon flakes, and tempura crumbs, and the Otoro futomaki, with otoro tartare, chives, and truffle: unmissable. Very quiet place and friendly and always available staff. I recommend it for those who want to spend a quiet evening and enjoy excellent sushi 🍣

Fresh food, good service, easy to get to, but in the evening it's a bit difficult to find parking.
